Give this man a raise, he is amazing. I hope you know how good of a tech you got here. The guy is more knowledgeable than any pest service provider I have ever had and it's not close. He takes the time to explain what we are seeing and what he is doing about it. We casually mentioned a few moth things we saw as he was heading out to leave and he stopped everything to get more details and set up a trap... this morning there were 15 or so of them caught.
