I would like to recognize Trevor Bell for his detailed analysis and detecting all issues we have with rodents. He spent a long time and searched everywhere for possible entry areas. He provided us with a detailed report and treatment options. Trevor explained in great detail how to address problems we had and have. He answered all my questions. Trevor is very respectful, experienced, and knowledgeable professional. He spent a long time to explain the contract related to rodents treatment. Trevor is exceptionally friendly, likable person. It has been a real pleasure meeting and talking to him. This is a second technician from Paragon Pest Control company addressing different issues I had extraordinary experience with. Upon my initial inquiry with the company, I asked for a rodent inspection since I just moved into a new home. Trevor came and he was very knowledgeable and was able to check thoroughly and also checked for roaches and other insects as well. He was a nice guy and very professional. I ended up signing up and had my first quarterly pest control completed with Tony and Dakota, and both were awesome. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to answer any of my questions and provide me with information I did not even have to ask for, which was very insightful. They both were also able to give recommendations for small things to keep an eye on that were not a problem but could be later on. They were very thorough in their walk-through of the property, both inside and out. They were really nice guys and easy to talk to. I have not seen any bugs since they completed the pest control service. The price I was quoted for quarterly pest control was also pretty good for the size of my property. I am glad I chose Paragon. 10/10.

Dakota texted me 30 minutes prior to coming, giving us a heads up that he’s on his way. We appreciate that very much. When he got here, he greeted me with a handshake and a smile. Very nice. He explained everything that he was going to do, which I thought was awesome. He started on the inside of the home and then outside. Raymond was the most thorough tech that’s been out to my house yet. I’ve used Paragon on and off for about 5 years now, and most of the time, unfortunately, they have to send someone else out to spray after my treatments. So I’ve seen a lot of techs and watched what they do. Raymond really went above and beyond. He also cleaned and scrubbed webs outside my home; no one has yet to do this, and I always wondered why. He was super kind, professional, and polite. Very impressed.

We had a flea outbreak at our house this summer, and sorting through pest control services online we settled on trying out Paragon. So we scheduled a treatment, and actually the first visit to our house did not seem to completely get rid of them. Unsurprisingly, fleas are HARD to get rid of! So we scheduled a follow-up visit 2 weeks later (which was covered under the warranty), and Raymond, our tech for that 2nd visit, did an incredible job! He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very sincere about wanting to help us with our flea problem. His treatment seemed very thorough and, sure enough, fleas are now gone! Raymond personally followed up with us 2 weeks after the treatment to see if the fleas were gone—just fantastic customer service! Thank you Raymond & Paragon!

I've been with Paragon Pest Control for about 5 years, and they always have polite, calm, intelligent techs who do a complete, thorough job... they are patient and ask if you have any issues or any questions, and they explain things in a way I understand. They never pressure you to buy or upsell, etc. I have even had them give me home remedies for things that they don't cover (like a potted house plant I had with white filmy bugs - yuck!). They are on time, use foot covers in the house, and explain what they found during the spraying, and what is normal for that time of year (so you know what to expect). One great thing is that they will come back between sprays at no extra cost if you get a swarm or think you smell a dead rodent in the trap! I definitely feel it is worth the price. I especially appreciate the education they give which gives me peace of mind.
