-
Yes, we serve homeowners and businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We're a local, family-owned company, so we know this area well and care about the communities we work in. If you're unsure whether we cover your city or neighborhood, call us at (972) 435-9797.
-
We're locally owned and operated right here in DFW. We're not a franchise and we're not a national chain. Every technician we send to your home is part of our team, and our reputation is built on relationships in this community.
-
We take an education-first approach. Before we recommend any service, we want you to
understand what you're dealing with, why it's happening, and what the right solution looks like.
We also prioritize the safety of children and pets and treat every home the way we'd treat our
own.

Service & Scheduling
-
It's a recurring service we perform four times a year. Each visit targets the pests most active in the DFW area during that season. If anything comes up between scheduled visits, we come back at no additional charge. It's our most popular option for homeowners who want consistent, year-round protection.
-
Yes. If you have a specific issue and aren't ready for a recurring plan, a one-time service is a good fit for renters, people preparing to sell, or anyone dealing with a short-term problem. Keep in mind that pest pressure in DFW tends to be ongoing, so a quarterly plan usually offers better long-term value.
-
Call us at (972) 435-9797 or visit paragonpestdfw.com. We'll ask a few questions about what you're seeing, then find a time that works for you. Your technician will walk you through everything they're doing on the day of service.
-
In most cases, no. Most treatments are applied to the exterior or in targeted interior areas. If you do need to step out for any portion of the service, your technician will let you know in advance and give you a clear timeline.
-
Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied in targeted areas, and we follow all label guidelines. We ask that children and pets stay clear of treated areas until surfaces are dry, which typically takes about an hour. If your home has fish tanks, birds, or other sensitive animals, just let us know ahead of time and we'll plan accordingly.
-
Most customers notice a reduction in pest activity within a few days. In some cases, you may briefly see more activity right after treatment as pests are flushed out of hiding. This is normal and a sign the product is working. If you're still seeing significant activity after two weeks, call us and we'll come back at no charge.
-
It depends on the type of service, the size of your property, and what you're dealing with. We don't quote a one-size-fits-all price because every situation is different. The best way to get an accurate number is to call us at (972) 435-9797 and we'll give you a straightforward answer.

Specific Pests
-
Termites do most of their damage out of sight, so they're easy to miss. Common signs include hollow-sounding wood, mud tubes along your foundation or walls, discarded wings near windows or doors, and bubbling or uneven paint. If you're seeing any of these, it's worth having someone take a look. We offer WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) reports and trench-and-treat plans for termite control across the DFW area.
-
Mosquito pressure in North Texas is significant, especially from spring through fall. We offer a mosquito reduction service and a Mosquito Reduction Plus Plan for heavier situations or properties with a lot of standing water and vegetation. Consistent, scheduled treatment makes the biggest difference.
-
German roaches reproduce quickly and tend to hide in areas that are hard to reach, so they can get out of hand fast. If you're seeing roaches in your kitchen or bathroom during the day, that's usually a sign the population has grown. We have a dedicated German roach treatment designed specifically for this pest. The sooner it's addressed, the better
-
Yes. We offer flea treatments for homes and yards, and bed bug services including quarterly bed bug plans and full bed bug treatments. Not sure which applies to your situation? Call us and we'll help you figure it out.
-
Look for small rust-colored stains on your mattress or sheets, tiny dark spots along mattress seams, and small itchy bites that appear in lines or clusters. You might also notice a faint musty smell in a room with a heavier infestation. Bed bugs are good at hiding, so if you're seeing any of these signs, it's worth getting a professional to take a look.

Rodent & Wildlife
-
We offer quarterly rodent bait station programs, rodent exclusion to seal entry points, and commercial rodent exclusion for businesses. We can also combine rodent service with a general pest plan if that makes more sense for your home.
-
It's the process of identifying and sealing the gaps and openings rodents use to get inside. It addresses the problem at the source rather than just treating the symptom. Our team inspects your home, identifies entry points, and seals them with materials built to last.
-
Yes. We offer wildlife exclusion services that focus on identifying how animals are getting in, sealing those areas, and addressing conditions that may be attracting them. Common wildlife issues in DFW include raccoons, opossums, and squirrels.

Commercial
-
Yes. We work with businesses across DFW on monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, one-time, and weekly commercial programs. We also offer commercial rodent exclusion and bait station programs. Our approach is tailored to the type of business and the level of pest pressure you're dealing with, including restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, and apartment communities.
-
Yes. Multi-unit housing requires a different approach than a single-family home, and we have experience managing pest pressure in apartment communities. Reach out and we'll put together a plan that fits your propert
